Exclamation suspension ideas (stock height)

I have a 2005 F-250 6.0 FX4 w/ 130xxx. Im looking to get new shocks all the way around plus steering stabilizer. Being this is my first 3/4 ton and first time having to change them on this truck, (only owned for 2 years), Im hoping yall could shed some light on brands you trust to install on your rig. Insight on what i use it for, i pull a 18' car trailer regularly on weekends, usually loaded down with quads and the occasional car, truck, jeep ect... I also have the ability to pull gooseneck if i wish to do so. Hopefully in the near future i will have a lowboy goose in my possesion. With that being said i'd like to thank yall in advance.

Bilstiens from the shockwarehouse. They are the best you can get when carrying a load or towing, but they will make your truck ride a little rougher. They have one for the steering stab. as well. Btw welcome to the site.

if you have the leveling kit upfront would that require a different shock than stock?

I have an '06 F250 6.0 FX4 with 72,000 miles and I was wondering some of the same things. But how do you know you need shocks? On a car I know how to check but with how stiff the suspension is even my fat *** isn't enough to bounce a corner.

Are the Rancho shocks not a good replacement?

Thanks
Shawn

While not on my F350 I did just install new Bilsteins all the way around on my Suburban. It is a big upgrade from the Monroes that were installed last year. When I need new shocks on my F350 Bilsteins it will be!

I went to bilsteins and found my ride was softer in two superduties which was welcome. I am bolting on some pro-comp prorunners on my 06 F250 this morning. They look just like the bilsteins but were cheaper. Hope they work as good.

What's the verdict with the prorunners?

What's your verdict on the pro-comps?
