Does any hose plug into it? Also, where does the distributor wire in the middle plug into?

You obviously have a Y block. That is the crankcase vent it hooks up to the PCV valve that is screwed to a fitting on the intake manifold in front of the carb. The hose goes to a metal tube which runs along the right valve cover and there is a 4 inch hose that connects the metal tube to the PCV valve.

Do I have to hook it
Up? Or can I just leave it and yse it as a ventilator for the crank case? Because idk where where to hook it up..

The answer to this part of your question is: it hooks to the ignition coil.
