I finally found one.

I have been searching for a few years on and off. Lately every one I find has an idiot that owns it or some problem I am not prepared to deal with. I have been looking for one from 1980 to 1996. I finally think I found the one. This is a 1995 that I believe I will pick when I get home from work.

Here are a couple of interior pics. The steering wheel looks horrible.

A '95 short box F150. Suhweet! That's a nice looking truck!

Was the previous/current owner a hunter? I've seen some steering wheels like that and I "think" it may be from the Deet in the bug spray getting on the wheel from their hands. That stuff will eat or break down almost anything!!

A good wheel cover should fix that up though That's what I did to mine.

Thanks guys. Fix the steering wheel and just see how it runs. I know an upholstery shop that I am going to get an estimate to fix the steering wheel. If that is too high I will have to try to do it myself. I already need to repair the one on my wifes 2006 Expedition. It is not near as bad as that. I will have a spray in bed liner installed as soon as possible. It may be my sons first vehicle if I don't fall in love with it first. I have a little over a year to see. He will get his drivers permit in August. I am really just glad to be finished looking. That is as long as it is what they say it is when I see it Wednesday or Thursday. I hope to be able to get some sleep Tuesday night so Wednesday I can drive the extra hour to check it out and hopefully bring it home. It always seems like the last night out here on the rig is a no sleep night for me. If that is the case it will have to wait until Thursday.

Nice truck, I always loved the 2 tone red/tan or blue/tan. My steering wheel looked similar after a while and I do use DEET bug spray sometimes lol. I just went to the junkyard and got a vinyl/plastic wheel instead. Leather is a nice touch but not worth the trouble for me.
