Payson car show

Here are a few photos from the Payson car show a couple weeks ago. Enjoy.

1941 Grahm Hollywood

This black and blue 51 is for sale 35K. Belongs to someone in the Verde valley.

Same 51

Beautiful venue for a show

They had a couple hundred cars but the way they were displayed they were not crowded.

We were going to go to that show but the weather really was bad that weekend here in Prescott. Good pictures.

I got sprinkled on going to and coming home from but not at the show, didn't even have to wash the car. It was cool over there though. Hope to have Belle at the YCC show over your way next month.

I can't wait to move back to Arizona. I moved away a year ago because I was tired of the forest service and game and fish putting their noses into everything. My family founded Pine, AZ just 5-10 miles north of Payson . Anyhow thanks for sharing the pics

My problem with them are the controlled burns. I have lived here for 47 years, love Arizona and what used to be clear air. Now many days the valley is filled with smoke, my allergies are not amused. Still happier here that anywhere else I have visited though.

Great show Mike.

We did the Cruise and the Burger Burn and liked the Lodge as the new location. We stayed at the Super 8 Motel and ended up sleeping with the "Beetles", NOT Ringo, John or Paul, Management was combative when I informed them. Next year I will have the "Dern F1" at the show, if the weather is good, but don't think we will be staying overnight.

I'm big into OHV trails and they closed down more areas in my last 5 years living there than they had in the 20 years before. Main reasoning was they couldn't patrol and maintain all of it

Nice pics.

We were in Flagstaff for my nephew's graduation on Friday. Got about 6" of snow...

That black truck is not a 51... it's a 48-50 from the look of the hood side trim and the horn.

Oops you are correct it is a 50! It's also blue body and black fenders but you have to get close to tell.

Flag wasn't too nice for graduation. We were up there Sunday for Mothers day and things had improve considerably.

Congratulations on you nephew's graduation! My wife worked at NAU till last fall, now retirement!!!! I still have to work though so I make the commute to Flag daily.

Wow! That's a pretty hefty commute to work.

I have another nephew who is a professor of mathematics at NAU and his wife is the mathematics department head.

We left Flag on Saturday before noon, and all the roads were clear. Most of the snow was already gone before we left.

I was just a little concerned with the 6 inches piled up on the car Saturday morning. But it was so dry I brushed it right off.

Beautiful part of the country...
