The video says private...

But our 99 F350 was stuck in park a couple months ago and it was a blown fuse. Not sure which one because I didn't fix it but that may be something you can check.

See owner's manual for shift interlock bypass instructions.

You couldn't see the video because the fuse was blown.

Replace the shift interlock switch under the dash. Easy to do. Mine was doing this to.

There's no such thing as a "shift interlock switch". There's a BPP switch, though.

There is also a parking brake, which many of you choose to ignore, in disregard of the damage that can be done, by not using it.

After reading the title of the thread I was expecting to see a pic of your truck buried up to the frame in mud, under a swing set, next to the picnic tables...Oh well...

More likely, some are too lazy to go get the information that's right under their nose, preferring instead to have someone else do the work and spoon feed it back to them.
