May, 2015 Thread, Just For The Halibut

Whoa! Talk about apathy around here! It's May 8th already, and no one has begun a local all-topic thread yet.

See you all at El Dorado Park in Long Beach on the 24th. They're be a topic-of-discussion at the GTG that can't be discussed here on-line at FTE, so SHOW UP!

I was trying to be sly Pop, snuck the 'all topic' into an Irish blessing.

But I like all kinds of fish! May our CA postings be double this May.

I feel the need to post something in each of our May All topic threads. Let's see, I took a 'Leave no trace' training a few weekends back. Things have changed since I was a scout. That's probably a good thing with so many of us tromping around.

I always thought Ronnie Dunn looked a lot like Steve Price, and vice-versa.

Anybody else see the resemblance?

Bluegrass is grabbing more than a few tunes from other genres. Heard a Bluegrass rendition of Bob Dylan's "Girl From The North Country" today on SeriusXM. Still like the original better.
