don't know how many miles since your last tune up but I would check your COP's...your coil boots could be dry rotted/baked from engine heat.
Or it could be a fuel filter.
These mod motors are generally a 100k engine between tune ups so if you have owned it since new or at least before 100k then you can figure a tune up is needed at the least.

I will note that a vibration in idle is normal for those trucks - a serious one or vibration on acceleration is not though
