Very nice Wally! I got my air fixed last year. Got the vent wings to open past 90 degrees so I can get a blast of air at speed. If I open the rear sliding window it blows like crazy. Helps to balance out the heat coming off the firewall and floor. In a couple more months it will be all I can do to keep the glass clear. Im a bit younger than my 60's but i will give the elder generation my kudos for living with these older rigs when they were just the daily drivers. Its funny how things change. I often take for granted that my 15 year old son doesn't know the things I do. He learned on fuel injection, abs, traction control, awd, 6 pack cd, cold air and hot heat, heated leather, disc brakes and on and on and on. We picked up a 79 f150 4x4 in December for him and in my mind it was a late model truck. In his mind it was built a few years after his dad. Its all about perspective. We are both learning, him about stuff as old as his dad or older. Me learning that a 79 isn't a late model just because its younger than me!

Man that is so true. With my son's work schedule and mine own, we haven't seen each other for a couple years now. We talk a lot on the phone etc... but not the same as the quantity time we once had just doing stuff together and hanging out with guitars etc... They do grow up quickly! But hey, that's what we raise them up to do.

Ryan and myself have started the reframe project on the 52 F2 MH. We will eventually start a build thread. You guys will have to check in. Its going about as slow as i figured and to slow for Ryan. Time and money, never have enough. The plan is to have it driving by his senior year. Its well within our reach as long as we don't go full tilt trailer queen. And as long as the family and home life stays pretty calm. The donor F2 got brought home on the trailer being pulled by the 79. That was a pretty good day.

Wally, you may well have seen the red and white 60 in Pahrump, but she's back East now. My brother owns her as of about 4 years ago.

I saw you this morning (Sunday, Father's Day). You were approaching the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge northbound around 11:30am and I was Southbound heading to Rosie's for lottery tickets 😆.

Teddy looked as cool as could be rolling down the highway with the windows up and the AC on! 👍
