Exclamation 03 windstar rear brake thumping

I'm having an issue with my wife's van, every time you apply the brakes the rear passenger side brakes make a loud thumping noise like it's catching in one spot. I cannot figure out what the issue is. It began when I changed out the drum and shoes and hardware. As of now, I have installed new drum, new springs/hardware, new shoes, new wheel cylinder, new hub assembly, and even a new parking brake cable for that side. I exchanged the drum for a new one thinking that was it, still persisted. I swapped the drum with the driver side which didn't help, swapped the wheel and tire from the front passenger side, didn't help. I re-installed the old shoes, and it was making the noise before I decided to swap the cylinder. So, i don't believe it could be the cylinder, drum, or shoes, but I am at a loss. If I spin the tire with it in the air it catches slightly in one place, but I can't figure out WHY! Does anyone have ANY idea what could be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
