Can you read this casting number? Internal or external 460?

Here's what I know -- I can't see a hatchet weight in front of the timing cover. My flex plate did not have a weight on it. And my casting number is not legible. This is cleaned, wire wheeled, degreased. It's all cast together. Safe to say it's a D9TE with an internally balanced crank?
Just want to make sure I get the correct flexplate.
Thanks!

I agree, mine is probably not D9 and probably is internally balanced. I have ordered the non-weighted flywheel.
Thanks.
