If you unplug the abs unit you will disable abs but you will have done nothing to the hydraulic system itself and will gain you nothing. If you suspect the abs hydraulic valve is bad you can remove both lines and connect them together with an adapter for testing. Other then that have you replaced the rubber lines as they can fail and act as a check valve the give you no breaks or stuck brakes.

just had truck tow back home. today shop to busy. I will try find hydraulic valve must be under the truck.

is it anyway a bad tekonsha brake controller to cause it to lock one my wheels on the rear tire on truck ? it not digital one . when you press the pedal light come on . that it. it use to slide it had flat ****. now it don't slide at all . just light lights up. it always slide even without a trailer. when I got truck someone had cut plug off at rear truck. it have reg trailer brakes. I just use that one. the brake controller stuck to right. and under controller it has wheel no info on it. it also has 1 to 5 min fine I tried moving them didn't do anything.

it was the abs hydraulic valve . also had get new drums both wheels ty for the help

took hydraulic valve apart clean it. brake not stuck now. BUT drum is hot. drum worn . so if drum is bad will it cause drum get hot ?
