Spark Plugs

Last night, I did the water trick on the plug wires. Been chasing a miss on the right bank, #3 & 4.

Got arcing from the base of the plug porcelain (best I could tell) to the head.
!
Tested the resistance of the plug wires involved: 30inch-6.31, and 32inch-7.31. (Figure that these are in spec.)

What are the best plugs to use? (Include the plug code.My Haynes says, ASF42C or equivalent.)

Truck is an 86, 5.0, EFI.

ASF-32C will work too. It's just a cooler plug.

If the engine is stock use stock plug recommendations.

Hey guys,
Followed your advice, but went with the Autolite plugs...stock rating.

Thanks for the help!
