I have owned 7 reg cab fords. This 2014 250xl is my first sc truck. Love the look of reg. Cab trucks but thought I would try a sc for the x-tra room. 99%of the time I`m the only one in the truck. I know the sc`s have the cab creeking especially in off camber turns out of parking lots and driveways. Mine has just turned 14,000 miles and sounds like crap going down the road. Have seen threads about adjusting door latches, but they seem tight. What else can be done to quit up this rattle trap. Thanks Pit Crew.
That looks like a fix for the increasing wind noise for my '11 which, being a Job 1 truck is a full 5 years old (this month). Now I just have to find a source for surgical tubing other then the over priced stuff at Lowe's/H-D. Back to EvilBay probably

Ask and you shall receive. I am only here to help seperate your money from your wallet. This is the stuff I ordered along with the fish tape and silicone spray. About a half can left over.
Mine isn`t so much the wind noise, but other creeks and cracks and rattles. I keep looking around to see whats rattling. 14000 miles and way noisier than the 11yr old reg cab I replaced with this SC. Nothing real noisy like it falling off,but still too many noises for me. Not sure if this would be the fix I`m looking for.
Somewhere in this forum, there was also a fix for creaks and rattles that involved looking for and fixing the broken spot welds at a few spots on the cab.
