F350 20" wheels/clearance lights fit through my garage door opening?

I've looked at specs in the brochure but dimension are based on stock so I'm not sure if the 18" or 20" wheels increase the height. The truck will also have clearance lights other than that the truck will stay stock. The height of the garage door opening is 84" however the rubber gasket that easily moves is 83" so figure 83 1/2 inches. Do you think it would fit.

Truck

F350 6.7 4x4
20" Wheels
Clearance lights

It looks like an f250 would be about 1" shorter based on the specs in the brouchre.

I currently have a f250 18" wheels and it fits fine although I did cut the antenna down several inches so it wouldn't hit the top of the garage opening when parking.

I have the same garage opening and an F250 (20" wheels) with the larger F350 blocks in the rear. When I purchased my 2015 truck, my concern was the snowplow prep package. My 2011 and 2015 are the same truck but my 2015 has the larger blocks in the rear and the snowplow prep package.

My clearance lights clear the top rubber strip by about an inch. When we have lots of snow, I clear the drive before I put the truck in the garage.

I have the same garage as you. Yes it will fit. My truck is a 15 F350 SRW Platinum with 20"s. No snow plow prep, however that would not make any difference in the cab clearance height. I have he cab clearance lights and they clear by a inch.

My 2013 Dually FX4 fits easily into my garage door opening, it's that darn metal whip cb antenna that tends to make a lot of noise as it bends over and drags on the under side of the open door.

The fiberglass antennas didn't seem to make all that much noised.......I guessing it had to do with that one single snap noise as they would break off at the base if I forgot to remove them upon entry of the garage.

Coincidental that this thread just came up. I just measured my truck (in my signature below) yesterday while washing it in the driveway. I wanted to put it in the garage so I could clay bar and polish the paint, without direct sunlight. My truck comes on at 81 1/2" to the highest point. Unfortunately though, my garage door is only 79". Glad I measured. I guess I need to put a lift kit on my house and leave the truck stock.

I only know because there are a lot of 6' 8" garages and those are a no go for me. 6' 10" the antenna hits and 7' I am good... 7' = 84".

My rental house has the same issue Doug. The garage is long enough, but just not high enough. I had thought of removing the antenna and putting a short rubber antenna on, but those do not get as good of a reception and the radio stations are already static filled where I moved to. I like to listen to live local radio, especially when the weather is bad.

My garage wasn't even long enough for my previous F-150 CC/SB. Height wise, it was fine though. With this truck, I will just have to leave it outside full time. Width is the only dimension that my garage will handle on this truck. Maybe my next house will have a garage that will accommodate better.

I've actually measured mine with a level on the clearance lights for a straight line.

6 feet 8.5 inches (F350 20" wheels)

One of my doctors is in a place with a parking structure that says 6" 10" clearance. Not worth the risk.
