Morning everyone.

The F250's in the shop this morning getting rear pads. I brought it to Monaco in Glastonbury. They are giving me some type of rebate from ford for $50 bucks. I have a credit of $25 bucks for doing business with them, and my next oil change is free. When I was younger I did it all myself. Hate to admit it but can't do that now so it's a good deal.

 

Yeah, both sides lose their air. It only happens when it's parked overnight, and infrequently enough that it's more an annoyance than anything else. Until it gets to be a bigger issue, fixing it is still on page 2 of my To-Do-List.

The jack was a great idea. Luckily, when mine needed to be flat-bedded it had died at my house. (Bad tranny, and a dead battery ) We put three 2"x 10" X 8' boards under each of the rear wheels. That gave us an extra 5 inches of clearance, and then we could winch it up the ramp with out tearing off the rear end.

 

Crew cab long bed trucks work great in the midwest...I definitely think it's too much truck in the northeast.

Went to Kittery, ME Picked up a new fly reel to replace the broken one. Took the jeep top down and got caught in the rain on the way home. So I will be cleaning the interior of the Sahara this morning.

I went to the dealership yesterday, super cab is a lot smaller than I was anticipating, think it'll end up being crew cab for sure!

Sorry to hear about the rain John, that chance would always make me nervous to go anywhere with the top down. I imagine not much got in if you stayed at highway speeds though.

Crew cab is certainly the way to go. If the standard cab isn't big enough, then just skip over the extended cab. Crew cab short bed is what you should be looking at.

Came out this morning to the rear end of my son's Towncar trying its best imitation of a low-rider. It must've figured out that I was talking about it. (Hadn't done it in about two weeks)

Good morning everyone. Having a great week off up here in NH. Boating yesterday, and trail riding today. Probably coming home tomorrow.

Your problem is with the left bag. The sway bar is pulling the right down when the left deflates. I'd take a look at the solenoid as well as the condition of the bag itself, over time they develop cracks and can leak.
