No difference in the beds from 01 to 04.

If I remember correctly, the dually fender has a wheel well liner.

Is yours a dually? I get the impression that you're asking about paint finish, like you're going to take the dually fenders off. If so, I'm pretty sure it's painted under there, but you'll end up with holes in the bed side from where the fenders mounted.

They are the same dimension and mounting but. The wheel wells where ours rust out are cut off on the dually so the tires don't rub. And just a crude pinch weld flange is there. Then there are 8-10 punched in where the big flares bolt into the bed. Everyone i have seen is painted underneath. If a guy ran the big aftermarket flats you could hide the cutouts but that's another $250 or so for a set. And you would still have holes left.

No mine is not a dually. I know there would be holes to deal with just didnt know if the wheel arches were finished out. I thought the holes would be easier to deal with then welding patch panels in and finishing it out. Just looking for options good beds are really expensive in my area. thanks
