That's just too funny, man!!LOL

I've been doing my best to be good during this outage, I'd like to lose some weight before my knee surgery next month. But, these damn people are always bring in goodies!

 

I know what you mean Pat. I have been working to get myself to a better weight. ( Apparently round is not a shape according to the doctor.) And losing some weight will help my knee out a good bit. SO I have been trying to eat healthy and avoid the buffets as much as possible. ANd I have cut out fast food and soda.

 

I quit drinking soda for the most part when I quit smoking 11 years ago. I'll rarely have one, but it's usually mixed with bourbon or rum!

 

I cut out soda completely. I can say I dont miss drinking soda at all.
