Change out 2000 dash for 2013

Anyone tried to put a later model dash in a older truck.have a 2000 7.3 Excursion, & would like to fit a 2013 dash in if it will fit.

This guy is putting an 08 dash in his truck. Seems pretty involved so far.

Dude, just rip it out and cut the wires. New one should drop straight in and work right out of the box
