missing fuse

Any reason why these two fuses in my power distribution box

might be taken out? Or what they go to?

That helps, looks like it was just trailer brake controller and trailer battery or something. I'll find some fuses and throw them in there

Would they cause any harm by being in?

only if the trailer plug gets moisture in it and shorts out. then it will blow the fuses, and when you go to use trailer brakes or battery charge circuit they will not work, causing you a lot of head scratching. if you do not tow much, you put the fuses in when needed, then take them back out when done.
when i first got my truck, every time i went to use the trailer hitch i had to replace the fuses. so i now just leave them in the center console and only put them in when needed.

Alright that makes sense, I might just do that then because I don't tow very often
