2005 Front Grill: Plastic or Fiberglass

So, I want to patch a crack in the top edge of my grille, do I use an ABS plastic repair kit or fiberglass? Assuming I just grind down some of the crack on the backside and put the glue-like stuff in and let it cure?
THanks!

Use a good 2 part epoxy. Patch it from the back side and then Grind a V in the crack and fill that. Should be good To go unless it's chrome!

Thanks everybody! Will pickup the kit when I take in the used oil from the wife's Explorer & son's Titan. Wife was shocked, "nothing to upgrade on your Excursion today!?"

I was about to make a similar post on the Super Duty section, due to the cracks on the top of my truck's grille.

Now I don't have to.
