drivers side up pipe failure

the bellow has a hole in it and Im looking at rock auto and the one for the drivers side(non y-pipe) looks like it is lacking the bracket that is attached to the back of the motor. It does not allow any other options so my questions would be is this support bracket eliminated? Looks like it is welded tot he current pipe and cannot be un bolted...thanks any suggestions appreciated

Up pipe

I do believe that the drivers side up pipe (non-Y-pipe) does not have a bracket on it. It is the the EGR pipe that comes down the drivers side that has the bracket. I could be wrong though. It should show in the manual.
