Guess I'm saving for HGs
Haven't done the pressure test yet but my puke is back. It's not severe but....
Although I can't see under the hood it seems to do it when I get on it pretty good otherwise it doesn't puke. I even tried an aftermarket cap to see if it was any different (bad idea) and warrantied my 4th Ford cap. So I suppose I'll keep an eye on things until I can put her down and do the studs. I would rather not pay someone but I think I will have too--I'll may pull everything except for the heads, have it towed to the shop have them do the studs and gaskets, then tow it back and put it together. Just depends on how much I can save (and amount of time I can get to work on it)

About 1/4 inch below the bottom of the sticker cold
Sounds kinda silly but it took me a good week after doing the delete to get the coolant level proper--add some, drain some, yada yada yada. I have been checking under the hood everyday when I get to work and when I get home since he delete. I don't know--maybe I just need to run it even lower in the bottle?

My bottle typically stays 3/8 to 1/2" in the front corner. Maybe 3/4" below the minimum line cold.
I do open the degas cold bottle UNLESS I'm adding coolant. I get it to a point and leave it alone. The only time I normally open it is after it gets HOT and then just to let the hot pressure off. I only open the cap (slowly) enough that the pressure escapes then I close it and leave it alone. These engines seem to trap a lot of air and it takes a while to get it out. If you had a vacuum for the cooling system that seems to help a lot.

What you said about opening and filling and such is exactly how I do mine. I suppose I could be dealing with air still but it's been about 1K since the delete. I guess I'll let it get a bit lower, get a new cap and see what happens. At least I'm not blowing smoke or coolant out of the tail pipe and I'm not overheating.

Ect and eot are normal splits are 3 to 5 highest highest ect was 208 in traffic last Friday but has been regular 202 with a 204 blip when I gag it. Cooling system I feel is perfect as stated by others. Now here is the kicker---I drove the **** out of it on the way home from work and no puke. Also I looked at the coolant when I got to work this morning, released the pressure then when I left work 8 hours later I'm about 1/2 inch over filled!!! I'll drain some this weekend, get ANOTHER cap and see how it goes. I think I'll be fine. Or I could just leave it and let it puke until it gets where it wants to be lol.

I didn't see it mentioned yet but why don't you put a "T" barb fitting with a pressure gauge and get some readings. Plus you can see when it's coming on and how fast. If it just burps and then doesn't climb you might be ok. Might be wishful thinking but it could be trapped air or over filled.
