Oil pressure gauge driving me crazy
Can someone please help me with whats the best low pressure oil gauge out there and where to install the gauge to read the pressure from? I am really tired of the dancing gauge in the dash and want an actual reading! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried cleaning the connection to the oil sensor or replacing the sensor

I'm not really intrested in Dixon the dash one at all bec it's useless, I want one to actually read real time pressure. So I don't really want to waste time messing with the dash gauge

So do I put it in the same port as the dash one? How should I hook the wires up? And will a gauge that goes up to 100 psi work?

Yes.
You won't use the factory wires. You'll run new ones
0-100 will be plenty

Also, what should I be looking for in terms of pressures? Like idling, highway, OP temps?
And thanks for the help

Up to tem you could see as low as 7-10 at idle and at driving speed 50-70 depending on pump condition

so if im getting something rather low while im driving, then it would most likely mean that i have a bad pump then if im understanding correctly?
