We both could work on together and being
A truck that old I figured it would be fairly
Simple for him to learn on. I got it going for
Him and he first drove it this last weekend
With his learner's permit and really likes
The truck. We do have one issue with it
Which is a common problem with these
Years of trucks after reading posts on here.
Our issue is the gas station pump keeps kicking
Off when we try to fill it. I saw a post on here
About swapping the filler neck with an 87 or
Newer one. It did require some mod to the tank
According to member 86fn150. I wanted to
Contact him to see if he could tell what and
How he did this mod so I could make it
Easier for my son to fill it. If anyone could
Pass the info on to him thanks
