okay so my abs light comes on with the code above and im looking to fix it. no i dont want to buy a new 800$ abs module. Code C1185 - Car Forums and Automotive Chat the only thing i could find remotely close is from this link for a 2000 ford windstar. if someone could just comfirm that there is a chance that resoldering the joints would work in fixing the problem that would be great. the light comes on and off at random.

 

If you plug your DTC into the search box above, you will find that there are already 14 prior threads regarding that fault code.

Couldn't have looked very hard....

 

Yes I see that there are more threads now (they didn't come up when I searched on Google) and even the ones on here on not for the f-150 series. The threads that are on the f-150 series don't tell you how to fix it. The ones that do are on the diesels
