1988 F250 suddenly running rich, check engine light on

Hello,
I have and '88 F250 with an EFI 460 engine that has just now started running rich and will barely idle. It did it all of a sudden and the Check Engine light has come on. It seems it did it during a very rainy, damp day.
Was wondering if anyone had any thoughts. Could the ECM be going bad? It has 177,000 miles on it.

Check for codes. The CEL is on so its telling you something is wrong.

Do yourself a favor and spend 30 bucks and get a code counter . Trust me counting flashes is a real pain. Ull have to video it and watch it 10 times or just read the plug in
