Cam on EFI?

Will a crane or comp rtv cam work with the EFI? Or be too much? They are both cheap on summit racing, and if it is too much could I have the computer reprogrammed to take it with how simple they are... Any feed back would be great thanks!

Crane or Isky either one have computer friendly cams. Do a little browsing in their catalogs.

SD or MAF? With MAF EFI you can run pretty much any cam you want. SD will need a computer friendly grind.

I don't get the logic of trying to save money on the cam then spending money on reprogramming the EEC. Why not just spend the extra for a computer friendly cam?

Cam's aren't expensive anyway. My custom one was only a couple hundred.
