Here are my conclusions from RRE:
1) Everyone I met was just plain awesome. This is a really good group of guys. My expectations were far exceeded.
2) Pictures do NOT do the Mistress justice! Period. I've never seen a better looking truck.
3) I love my truck. Set the cruise at 82 mph most of the trip. My round trip was 1,350 miles. Averaged 17.3 mpg. For some reason from Georgetown, KY to Newport, TN to Chattanooga, TN the truck averaged 18 mpg. The other tanks were like 16.5 or so. The truck handled the hills really well. One time I started missing on a cylinder or maybe two, and had no power, but it downshifted and when the revs came up the miss went away and hasn't came back yet. I'll have to look into that soon.
4) Overall all we had a really good time. Lots of fun to be had at the campground, fairgrounds, and the swimming hole.

Glad you came down and had a good time it was good to finally put a name with a face. Thanks for the comment on the Mistress She's just an ol work truck LOL. Hope you all come down next year.

I hate that I missed meeting some of you guys that I've never met, and not seeing all the ones I have met again. Maybe next year is all I can keep saying. Things are gonna have to turn around in a big way for me before I will be able to do anything but work for a while. Don't know how long it will take, but hopefully next year I will make it.

The dirt on Kevin's truck does not give any justice to the drive UP and over a freakin mountain gravel road!!! Yes people he drives the beast!!!
That's funny on the wheels since we had that exact conversation about that.lol

Kevin, now it makes sense! I look at those every time I see you truck on here. I have wheel envy.
You guys totally have me snickering here in bed about that bug in the air filter. Sara just keeps looking at me like something is wrong...cuz it prolly is.

I was there for the ice cream social...but I got to my hotel at about 3pm on friday and after the social I had to run back to hazard, ky to pick up the gf. It was a long weekend of driving....Driving wise: I put in 3 hrs thursday, 10 hours on friday ,4.5 hrs sunday, 3 hrs Monday...

I actually mentioned to Jason and Neal Sawyer how myself and a few others might be down early. I said we might just go wherever in TN and he said there is plenty of space in his pasture to fit 5 or 6 campers!

All I know is I am NOT making it a one day drive there and one day drive back....unless I have a shotgun rider to keep me alert.
