first post. rear end question

Here is the issue I am having. When I go to start my truck first thing in the morning and put it in reverse to back out of my driveway, I hear a squealing sound like my rear brakes are squealing. I take my foot off accelerator and it stops. Noise stops once vehicle is in drive and I dont hear it again for the rest of the day, even if I go in reverse.
I recently installed a flatbed and changed out the rear shocks. I have checked everything on the shocks and all seems to be in order. I didnt take the tires off so I didn't do anything different to the brakes or dust cover. I set the parking brake when we installed new bed and thought it got hung up but it looks to be in order. It baffles me because the sound only comes when I push the accelerator.
My thoughts are maybe u joints in drive shaft. Any thoughts?
Thanks for the help!
