Yup. Home now, and my truck does indeed have the connectors/plugs as in your pics. Wondering now how pricey the factory setup would be to retro fit? Wondering also if the wire W/plug can be bought seperately, or if you have to buy the whole deal, lights and all? Nice that it's there regardless. Gives options. Thanks again NutJob.

Here's a link to plugs that mate with the running board connectors.
You can find them cheaper at car stereo supply places...
They're not an exterior-grade connector, but I covered the back end & wires with shrink tubing, and used di-electric grease on the pins. They survived a New England B**ch of a Winter under my truck with all of the road salt with absolutely no signs of corrosion.
