ECU reprogram

I converted my 01 Ford F350 Crew cab from an automatic to a manual. I need to re-program the ecu so it knows its a manual to get rid of the funny spot on the pedal. Any suggestions of a good place to have do this?

Sorry for the delayed response. Did not see this thread.

Is it diesel? If so, we can reflash the PCM to manual to you will not have that issue.
