2010 F250, what size tube do I need to fit on the brake bleeder screw? The tubes I have are all too big and the size marks are no longer legible. gotta hit the hardware store in the am.

picked up a few different sizes since it was so cheap. For anyone searching in the future...

1/4" ID tube fits nice and snug.

3/8" box wrench.

 

I am pretty sure that you should be using a 10mm box wrench rather than 3/8" to avoid stripping the bleeder.

 

10mm didn't fit mine. maybe aftermarkets?

 

That's interesting. Maybe it's just been too long since I did the brakes on an SD and/or my memory is failing me. My preference has always been to use a 6 sided box wrench on these if I can, to avoid stripping. I know in some cases the metric and standard sizes are very close and can seem interchangeable.
