Leftover (but new) trucks.. where to get?
So, we would like a 14 (or 13 if we can find it) F150 Crew Cab with the 6.5 bed.
The problem is, we need a new one for the tax write off next year, for whatever reason they won't let you write off a used one when you own your own business.
I can't really afford a 15.. and honestly don't really like the look.
Does anyone have a good suggestion on where to find a leftover. My local dealer has tons, but all with the short bed, we really need the long bed for our business.
Thanks in advance.

Got mine last week by using ford.com dealer inventory search based on my zip code. Filtered the search for Supercrew, 4x4, ecoboost, 6.5 bed, and Lariat. Then contacted local dealer for availability of specific F150 that I filtered out. Got good price on the truck, then haggled hard for my trade-in of 2007 Supercrew 6.5 bed. I'm pleased with the deal of 2014 being last year model of the 09-14 generation.

woodhouse in Blaire NE has 71 CCLB's left over

500 miles from you, but i'm sure they would ship you one or possibly even dealer trade.

No, I am wrong.. sort of.. you can write off a used vehicle, however, when you buy a new vehicle you get a much bigger write off, especially the first year, they give you a "bonus" if its new.. for example, we wrote off the truck this year, as its the first year we put it in service and got a 25k write off.

I've been by their lot a couple of times and I've never seen so many trucks in one spot. I bet their new lot is at least 10 acres. I've been told that the salesman don't even let you go through the lot because it would take a person so long to decide on a truck, you just tell them exactly what you want and they will bring one up for you to look at.
