I found mine on cars.com. Its a good site you can narrow down what you want. I had a choice of 9 trucks with what I wanted went to a local dealer and made the deal and they brought it in.
Oh me, I've always wanted to visit Blair, NE! Now I have a reason! I found another "dream" truck for me!
Wow, I looked at the link, they have a heap of my dream trucks! 1,150 miles from me...
Yes sir, it is far. I feel your pain, living in Charlotte now myself. They do deliver for a fee though! I had to have the 157 wheelbase which many east coast dealerships seem to lack in the 2014. Wish you luck in your search!

Using Ford's X-plan, one can get a dealer transfer for free. The issue may be that the lower price may not be available.
I wouldn't be too concerned about a truck that's sat for two years on a dealer's lot. Make them change the oil, rotate the tires and for the very low price, one could purchase a real nice Ford ESP and get great post warranty coverage.
MSRP 45,400. Paid 36,000 and they gave me 1G more than what KBB said my truck was worth. Not the steal of the century, but felt very fair. Ford has some pretty good rebates on the 2014 too.
