Outside door trim

I have a 2003 f350 6.0 diesel crew cab. The outside door trim that runs about a 1/4 way up from the bottom off the door is falling off. I was wondering what was the best way to re-attach them.

I am pretty sure you can pull it off and replace the double sided 3M tape. I have a couple pieces that I will have to fix as well.

There are little clips in the door and the trim fits over these clips and holds it on, unless the holes in the trim are ripped you can get them back on. It's not easy, takes a little patience.
