I have no clue what I brought today!!

Today I bought a 2002 f350 7.3L 8v. I needed something to pull a mid weight 5th wheel from Asheville, NC to southern tip of TX a couple of times a year. Well, it only has 136k miles and there are only a few small issues that I am hoping to fix myself. That is the one of the few reasons for joining this forum.
Today, I had people at stop lights asking what engine? Then other people asked me a million questions about it! Which I had no idea what they were talking about. Though, each one said what a great truck I brought. A guy told me to check this forum out, so that is why I am here! After 5 more hours of research, I feel that I have a small child on my hands!

you most likely got a hella good truck that will do what you want it to do for a long time. that power stroke engine is the real deal.
.
unfortunately, this is an intro forum that won't get answered i suppose. (i asked a similar question a couple days ago on this forum)
i think you may need 5 posts and ten days to post on the super duty board but I'm kinda confused too

Haha.. Thanks Walter. Some times I am confused on this forum, but I am not "yet" a truck person. I have always had an suv. Though this forum has help the entire time while being on the road so far.
