Ford E-350 15 passenger van

Hi Mickey:
There is a van forum and there are a number of discussions about 4x4 vans. As a long time van owner, I can tell you it will be really expensive and may end up being a project that you abandon midstream. It is far more complex than getting some parts from a pickup and bolting them onto you van. The frame is different, and you will have to do a ton of adaptation. The van will have to be raised a bunch. Most folks with 4x4 vans are driving commercial conversions like Quigleys.
There is a search feature on the FTE forums where you can enter search terms and find some applicable threads.
Frankly, I'd just put a posi rear axle in it, get some aggressive tires, and it'll go a lot of places without your spending a ton of money.
Welcome and good luck,
George
