2003 6.0 psd puking coolant

Hey guys, im new to this thread and i wanted to see if i can get any input from yall. I just recently replaced the oil cooler, did an egr delete and put a coolant filter into the system as well as getting a new degas bottle cap. I dont burn any coolant and i dont see any white smoke when starting. The coolant temp never really gets above 190 and my eot usually stays within 10 degrees. Any ideas on what it could be??

Did you overfill it? Even a half inch too high in the degas bottle will cause puking, the new "max" line is now the line molded into the bottle, it was the MIN when trucks were on the lot new. A weak cap only makes matters worse. So before you get worried, triple check the coolant level when it's cold, and put a new coolant cap on the bottle.
