Which exhaust doughnut gaskets?

I have to replace the exhaust manifold doughnut gaskets on the 360 in my F100.

I've found two different types, one is made from a fiber type material and the other is sintered metal. Is one better than the other? Thanks!

I'd prolly opt for the fiber version because it is unlikely to crack.

Sintered metal is like pot metal but softer. Basically it is metal powder that is compressed with a little bit of binder and stamped or molded to shape. Probably okay to use with new exhaust components with perfectly alignment.
