460 Plumbing. (Picture Attached)

I posted in 73-79 F-series as well, but I forgot about this forum until afterwards. I just put this 460 into my truck today and want to start plumbing it up. I was curious as to what this particular hole is used for and what does it connect to from here. Of course I'm speaking of the hole next to the fuel pump.

Threaded frost plug maybe? What is the block casting number? Did you try lightly pressurizing the hole and seeing where the flow goes? I assume you are running an electric fuel pump.
