I hate knowing that some scumbag was less than 20ft literally away from me doing what he did. Our insurance is coming Monday to cut us a check for the wheels and I already ordered a new set of after market wheels and tires for my wife since we only have two vehicles and we both need to get to work. We are both lucky they didn't damage either vehicle in the process , my truck was right next to hers at the time.

That just makes one sick to see that. Upside is you can inspect your brakes.

Interesting... I have a Super Duty and my wife has a new Edge Sport. I have the looking wheel nuts on the Sport and it's parked in the garage so hopefully we have not issues with theft.

It sucks to have someone steal from you regardless what it is...

They must have been conscientious theives.

OP sucks that you got the stole right in your own driveway right outside your bedroom window. Would make me a bit nuts too.

Blapensee, That sux, sorry that happened. I had to laugh at Scott's response "Upside is you can inspect your brakes."

blapansee - Sux for sure and scary. They use blocks because they can't take the jack out from underneath the car to go to the next tire. Not really being nice, they need their tool back and they need to be quiet about it. Handled many of these cases in my career - including the ones where S&W or H&K were providing security that night. Amazing how when that happens the thefts of wheels completely stop.

at dealerships I have seen the cars all sitting on factory scissor jacks. Really pisses the dealer off when the high dollar cars have all their wheels taken and the cheaper cars have had their trunks broken into to get the tire jack.

I have been joking with my wife about inspecting the brakes and washing the undercarriage lol both are good. We are going to mess them up if it happens again I'm going to get 5 different sets of lock lugs when we get the new set on lol. Went and installed some motion sensing led flood lights way up high around the house today ( they just unscrewed the garage light bulbs when they were working) It's strange putting money into the house instead of the truck lol thanks for the support guys and keep and eye on your trucks and edge's never thought it would happen to me

They have to put it on blocks to be able to pull the jack out. They did a disservice to the OP.

Yea I guess they did push me over the EDGE. But now I'm FOCUSing on some SUERDUTY security for my home. Once the insurance pays for new wheels we will have a FIESTA to celebrate.

I imagine that you would be on EDGE about your SuperDuty. I bet you would like to have FIESTA with the persons face that was responsible as well. I imagine that they would probably have a hard time ESCAPEing your grasp.

D, you can get them for on eBay for that all the time. I bought mine for 1100 delivered of eBay last year at this time and I just missed a set that was 1k delivered. Should have hit the BIN button and cost myself a hundy.

Here's a couple:
