My battery cables on my '99 SD have had the ends replaced with those cheapo bolt on cable ends. The ground cable end has 2 spit washers, to take up the slack, I think they may have used two positive cable ends. I need to remedy that.
I also noticed that there are 2 cables attached to each cable end, both are large cables.

Is that stock, to have two cables?

 

I bought gold ends which have a bunch of holes for more cables I/e winch ,,sander etc.
