Mystery white smoke from exhaust

Good Evening Y'all, My name is Kyle and have a 1991 Ford F350 4x4 XLT Lariat 7.3 IDI diesel with ATS 093 Turbo kit. I replaced the following:
New performance injectors from R&D IDI Performance, custom K&N intake, CDR Valve, 3" downpipe into 4" straight pipe with turn out before rear tire, oil/filter, Radiator and coolant and Gloplugs.

I just put the injectors in and drove 45 miles, the MPG went from 9 to 13.5 and sounds better but still smokes. Below is a video of it smoking. During the freeway drive, EGT's were 300-600 and water temp 175 degrees. I am new to diesels but a decent wrencher. Please advise on what else to look into.

Details: Single Cab, Turbo wastegate is set at 7psi, 5 speed manual, 6 inch lift, tires are 325x70R17, clutch replaced 2k ago, ATS gauge cluster (Turbo boost, coolant temp and oil pressure at turbo), EGT gauge.

How many miles on the injection pump? The new injectors certainly are helping, but the pump might be pretty worn out as well.

Going along with that, you should check the timing.

Others with more specific info will be along to help as well.

How warmed up was it in the video? What does the smoke smell like? Are you losing any coolant? Where is the EGT probe?

I would try advancing the timing just a bit and see if that helps. The Advance piston bore might be worn, causing the pump to run more retarded than it should, so bumping the timing is a bandaid, but still should help with the smoke.

Truck has 143K and believe the IP has never been changed. Just maxed the IP and still same problem but now black smoke when floored. EGT probe is on the exhaust side of the turbo because i read thats the best place for it. Engine was warm and does the same while driving too. Coolant is perfect, now mixing and exhaust doesnt really smell bad or good. Awesome, thanks for the inputs, going to do more research on timing.

Hmm one wonders why you would change injectors and not IP? Common knowledge around this place is that they need to be replaced at the same time. If your IP really has 143k on it, it is definitely nearing the end of it's service life. You could be chasing your rear end all over the place trying to fix what may end up being just a plain old wore-out pump.....

Little ouch on the wallet but well worth it....

I was able to barter for the injectors and thats why i only replaced them. I started replacing the cheaper things before i spend the big bucks.

It was suggested that you bump up the timing, not the fuel.

Timing tends to be the cause for white smoke but white smoke can also be cus of a lean fuel condition as well. That is not as likely but is possible. Just saying...
