1956 f600 brakes

I'm looking for a rebuild kit for the master cylinder,
from what I can tell the f600 has a 1.25" bore and the f100
has a 1.125" bore. I think the kit might be dorman tm3613,
can anyone confirm this?

The Ford number for a 1956 F-600 master cylinder kit is B9J 2004-A. Mr. Google says that cross refers to Dorman number tm3613. Stu

There's a 1948-1956 Ford Chassis Catalog (1964 reprint edition) available in either paper (like mine) or on CD. Each can be found on eBay or are available from the specialty vendors that we all rely on. One that I recall having it is Faxon Literature. A Google search will yield others. Stu

I'll have to look for one of those.
hope to put up some pics of my latest project soon.
these bigger trucks are a little more difficult to locate parts for.

Big truck parts, and good tech help, can be found from Chuck Mantiglia of Chuck's Trucks in CT. If he doesn't have a part himself, he has a jobber relationship with Job Lot in NY. They are a real good source too. Stu

Bill - there were several kits available from Parts Voice vendors too, but since the question was for a Dorman cross ref, logically that could be ordered locally. Stu

There are 2 additional kits listed on rearcounter.com that are not listed on PartsVoice.com

But, I'm not listing any of them, since you provided the Dorman cross reference.

Note: Be aware that NOS Parts Warehouse listed on rearcounter is the same company as Parts International listed on PartsVoice. Both: 888-727-0418 located in Farmers Branch TX

And...be aware that both are the same as Kinsel L/M in Beaumont TX (800-816-2894) listed on the dealer locator. 3 different names, 2 different locations & phone numbers for the same parts!
