2000 f150, just did trans fluid/ filter swap now "misses" 3-4 & 4-3 shifts on incline

The new fluid DID NOT harm the transmission. It also didn't fix the destroyed transmission.
Engine coolant will dissolve the glue that holds the friction material to the metal backing. Once this happens the trans is destroyed. It needs to come out and be replaced or rebuilt.
