My ex is getting a little rusty (specifically the rocker panels and stock running board mounting brackets). So I am looking for a replacement set of nerf bars that mount to the frame instead (until I can clean up the rocker panels). I saw some truckchamp.com nerf bars that seem like they may bolt into the frame instead of the rocker panels. Does anyone know if that is true, or know of any other running boars/nerf bars that bolt to the frame?

Almost all beefy replacements still bolt to the cab including the n fab ones, fab fours, and the four real steel ones by daystar.

I did find this company with ones that mount to the frame. They look nice. If I was gonna use my truck offroad I'd definitely consider it.
