Just tie a chunk of rope or cord on the handle of
a 5 gal oil bucket. Use it for the step to get in the
cab or bed. Than pull the bucket up with the rope
you still have in your hand and swing it into the
truck bed. Than put the end of the rope where you
can get to it to get back out or use it again. It's like
free and works for me and mine.

That's exactly what I need. I searched Amazon and came up with lots of similar products.

Thanks again!

Getting in and out of bed. My daughter is about the same height. She climbs the rim/tire of one of the rear wheels to get herself up there.
I often step onto the bumper first before stepping onto the tailgate but I'm 6' so that doesn't help you much.
I like the hitch idea.
For the cab, you could get yourself a set of cab steps or running boards. Running boards are tougher on the body in my opinion but a nice set of chromed steps would look nice.

Thanks for all your advice and recommendations.
I AM using a plastic step with a rope until my daughter installs the Bully AS-200 Bully Aluminum Side Steps ($34 / pair).
Then, my next purchase will be the Bully CR-600 Receiver Hitch Mounted Utility Step ($42 Amazon).
You all are Fabulous!
Thank You! Again!

Trampoline - I'd jack that up!
I can see myself popping right over the top. No thanks
