Electrical issues

Hello all,
I have serious issues with an electric issue(s) with my truck.

The issues all came about after having it completely detailed.

The issues are:
TPMS fault message and idiot light on
E-Brake idiot light lit
Info center says door ajar, but all are closed and it doesn't specify the door
A/C does not work (compressor clutch doesn't engage)
Instrument lights will turn on (dimming info center) when lights are off
Radio cuts out intermittently
Lift gate and power running boards do not work if ignition is on

It is a 2007 navigator. I know, wrong forum, but nobody there has answered and I figured the modules have to be the same/similar.
It has a new battery and now a new ignition module.

Any help would be great.

I don't know jack first hand, but from what I've read all might be attributed to water leakage around winsheild down into the electrical box under the drivers side kickpanel?
