Chasing A Ghost

Chasing A Ghost
I just had a new IDM put in last week and when the mechanic returned the truck the Service Engine Light was on. In order for the truck to stay at home instead of another week at the shop i bought Auto Enginuity from Riff-Raff Diesel. The first time i scanned it i got P0603, P1316, and P0541. I ran all of the tests including the KOER test and when i did the SES light went out. The second time i ran the KOER test i got P0284 Cyl #8 Injector contibution/ balance fault. This morning i start the truck and the light is on, i run the KOER test ( the light goes out) and I get P0476 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve Range/Performance and P0541 Intake Air Heater Relay 1 Low. I do have the 6637 mod. I drive it around a little then return home and do the KOEO test and get P0605 ECM Read Only Memory Error P1268, P1271 and P1277 Cylinder #8,#2,#7 High To Low Side Short. I do some research online and go ohm my UVCH and get .9 Ohms on everything( seems weird to me that everything would be the same). I then do the circuit test for the IDM ( power bank feeds to injectors) and i get exactly .9 Ohms on #1-8 Ground circuits.I then checked left and right bank power feeds ti IDM ground circuits and they are open. as well as the Left and right bank power feed to injector ground ( also open). It seems to run OK but keeps throwing different codes. How to I get the Service Engine light to remain of after i shut off and restart the truck?

I have been trying to use my meter to test the uvch and have been getting weird readings. If I touch the center pin and pins the two pins to each side I get 0.00 ohms? But I can do a buzz test fine? Sometimes I can touch the pins and get .9 ohms on every single pin. I would hate to just keep throwing parts at the truck but I need it running. Is it possible for the harness from the IDM to the injectors/ glow plugs to be bad but still run decent ? I am also looking at changing grey CPS for a black one.
