I have a 2000 Expedition that is giving off poor hear from the dash. The rear heat works just fine but the front barely warms up. Is there a flapper door in the plenum that goes bad? Or possibly a vacuum valve somewhere that operates it? Thanks for your input

 

Do a search here for broken blend door, it's a common issue.
